By accessing or using the Enrollment Workflows platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Authorized Use

This Platform is restricted to authorized personnel only. Unauthorized access, sharing of login credentials, or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action or legal proceedings.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use only ID numbers — never enter Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Report any security incidents or suspected breaches immediately
• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose: workflow management
• Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations

4. Data Ownership

All data, workflows, reports, and content created within the Platform remain the property of the organization using the Platform. Users retain no ownership rights to data generated through their use of the system.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, workflow processes, flowcharts, and all associated intellectual property, is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

6. System Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, workflow delays, or system errors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
