What happens after you apply. Your application collects licensure, credentials, and program participation, then moves to a background screening through Checkr, Inc., a consumer reporting agency. Before any report is ordered you receive a standalone written disclosure and give separate written authorization. If a screening returns findings that may affect the decision, you receive a copy of the report and a summary of your rights before anything is decided, and a window to dispute or respond.
